Boron Carbide is second only to diamond in hardness. It will outlast any other kind of nozzle on the market, thus reducing down the time due to nozzle changing.  Although it costs more, it is well worth the extra expense.  They are available in straight bore or venturi bore.  Styles and sizes available are: Tapered (conical) - 4" length, Flange Venturi - 4" length, and Threaded Venturi - 4" length.  The venturi design increases the velocity of the abrasive grain, so it cuts faster.
